Kristen Sabella, Florida woman arrested after domestic fight, she stabs the dog and man’s SUV
Kristin Sabella, 42, was at her home when her boyfriend showed up to drop off a set of keys, according to a report in the Gainesville Sun. The two began to argue resulting in Sabella allegedly grabbing a knife.
The report claims that Sabella then chased her boyfriend out of the house while holding a knife, eventually stabbing the man’s dog in the hindquarters. The report also claims that she then used the knife and stabbed the hood of her boyfriend’s SUV.
According to the 9-1-1 caller, Sabella was yelling death threats at the man she was witnessed chasing.
Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies arrived and questioned Sabella on the incident, who denied that she stabbed the dog, even before being questioned by deputies about the stabbing.
Sabella claims that her boyfriend was “tearing up her plants in the courtyard,” and that she was just protecting her property.
Sabella was booked in the Alachua County Jail where she is being held on a $15,000 bond. She has been charged with property damage over $200 and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a third-degree felony.
