Anne Hathaway is stunning at ‘Dark Knight Rises’ premiere

Anne Hathaway traded her skin tight leather catsuit for a sexy, flowing white dress to attend the premiere of “The Dark Knight Rises” on Monday at AMC Lincoln Square theater in New York.

The NY Post details how the rest of the cast strutted down a black carpet to officially open the most anticipated film of the summer.

Christian Bale attended with his wife, model Sibi Blazic as well as Gary Oldman and wife Alexandra Edenborough. Marion Cotillard, Morgan Freeman, Ton Hardy (with Charlotte Riley) waved to rabid fans attending the conclusion of the Batman trilogy.

“It’s the only time I’ve ever played a character three times in a row and the movies themselves have changed my life and changed my career,” Bale says at the premiere.

It was the sexy Hathaway who stole the show with her revealing neckline and seductive poses for the cameras.

Hathaway stars alongside Hardy as the antagonists Catwoman and Bane in this final Christopher Nolan directed Batman film.

Set eight years after “Dark Knight,” Gotham City is without Batman as Bruce Wayne has retired from his life of crime fighting. A terrorist named Bane arrives and changes the rules for Gotham, billionaire Bruce Wayne and the future of the Batman.

Newcomers Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, both from Nolan’s “Inception” join the ensemble cast with Josh Pence, Juno Temple and Matthew Modine.

“The Dark Knight Rises” officially opens on July 20, 2012.

The rest of the super-star cast — including Christian Bale, who plays the Caped Crusader and was with his model wife, Sibi Blazic, Marion Cotillard, Tom Hardy and Morgan Freeman — arrived in the real-life Gotham to a pack of adoring fans who braved the heat to watch them walk the black carpet.
