Tampa local story…as police went door-to-door to find a missing child.

“I want to hug him so bad,” Brown’s grandmother, Betty Anderson, said. “God knows I want to hug that little child who showed us where he was at.”

Bay News 9 reports: The mother who lives at the apartment said the boy was staying the night in her home, with her son. As far as she knew, she said, he had permission to sleep over, because when he came back to the home that night, he had clothes for church with him.

Unfortunately for Anderson, officers saw her home…”deplorable conditions” and (presumably) her ignorance to where he children are led to an arrest for child neglect.
