“¡Yo quiero Taco Bell!” (“I want Taco Bell!”), Run for the border….Tacos, tacos, tacos.

But who would guess this tasty Mexican themed dish as been the passive accomplice or victim in sorry crimes.

From a 2009 story about a man wielding a machete to steal tacos to the man who calls 911 for the store refusing to sell him tacos…the list has them all.

You just shot someone, they died and you need a taco.

Investigators said McGregor admitted to shooting Walker, then minutes later went to Del Taco just a few blocks from the shooting. Receipts presented in court show McGregor bought two tacos at 2:19 a.m., then told police he went to the University Hill Market and Deli to buy cigars before walking across the street to the restaurant where he worked. Investigators said McGregor stayed the night at the restaurant after making a bed out of aprons.

“It just shows his character. How callous, and how much disregard he has for anybody else other than himself,” said Walker family friend Jim Gannon.

No only is the Taco Bell the setting for strange behavior, violence…check out the latest baby sale.

A 36-year-old Vancouver woman was due in court at 9 a.m. Monday after investigators said she tried to sell her infant son at a Taco Bell last week.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office said Heidi Knowles, also known as Heidi Gasaway, approached a woman who was eating at a Taco Bell restaurant on Thursday, handed the woman her her 3-day-old son, and offered to sell the boy for $500.

Number #23.

I don’t want to spoil the top of the list, so check it out:
