Over the weekend at the San Diego Comic Con, Liongate announced a new US release date for the Judge Dredd reboot (simply titled “Dredd”) and now Empire magazine publishes new photos of the cast. The photos were released yesterday and features the first look at Olivia Thirlby and Lena Headey.

Karl Urban graces the cover and is seen in several action photos. Thirlby will be playing a rookie Judge, Judge Anderson and Headey is the villain, Ma-Ma.

Director Pete Travis promises comic fans that this Dredd will be faithful to the comic, so don’t expect to see the Judges’ faces often.
